Sixties Look : Step 4

A striking highlight

To create the trendy sixties look draw a clear line with the Liquid Eye liner just above the upper eye lashes. Start at the inner corner of the eyes and draw the line towards the outer corner. The cone-shaped tip of the brush means easy handling and quick and precise application. Apply Soft Eyeliner shade 01 Black to the lower lashes.
