Step 1

Start the day with firming and toning using MÁDARA ecobody organic toning shower soap, which will activate your skin's cells and prepare them for absorbtion of active ingredients.

Step 2

attack

After morning shower, apply MÁDARA ecobody organic anti-cellulite body cream and massage into the cellulite using a gentle circular motion, until MÁDARA ecobody organic anti-cellulite body cream has been absorbed into the skin (~5-10 min).

Step 3

win

After applying MÁDARA ecobody organic anti-cellulite body cream, use MÁDARA ecobody organic firming body oil to deliver active ingredients of the MÁDARA ecobody organic anti cellulite cream deeper into the skin. Carrying out this special anti-cellulite massage will stimulate the break-down of fatty tissue and activate circulation. Spend at least 1 minute for each leg in each massage step - the total of 12 minutes every day.
