Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply only to the website managed by Pravera Direct Marketing.
Prices
All prices shown on the website are in £ sterling, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. You may pay by any major credit or debit card. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time.
Payment
Payment for goods must be made prior to despatch, we accept credit/debit cards and cheques made payable to Pravera Direct Marketing.
Pravera Ltd will not be held responsible for the late despatch of goods should a payment be declined.
Postage and Packing
A flat rate of £3.50 postage and packing is added to your order for U.K. Mainland and Northern Ireland addresses only.
Packets/parcels less than 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class
Packets/parcels over 2kg or with an order value of £100 and over will be sent by courier.
Free postage on all orders £40 and above.
Orders
Orders paid will be despatched within 7 working days (stock permitting). Orders are restricted to the UK only
Delivery
Parcels despatched by courier may require a signature upon delivery, should you not be at the address specified, during normal office hours, please advise us of a suitable time for delivery or an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the receipt of your parcel.
If you request special delivery instructions where you are unable to sign for the goods, Pravera Direct Marketing will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the goods, therefore you, as the customer, will be responsible for the loss or damage.
Please allow 2 working days for parcels arriving by courier.
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your parcel. If you do not receive your parcel after 14 days, please email info@pravera.co.uk or telephone 01557 870266.
Distance Selling
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through the website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods.
Pravera Direct Marketing will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned via Royal Mail/Courier Service until they are received at Pravera Direct Marketing, Conchieton Business Centre, Kirkcudbright, Dumfries and Galloway, DG6 4TA and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of a tracked delivery system. Please note we do not refund postage/carriage on goods returned except where goods have been incorrectly despatched or damaged in transit. See below.
Once we have received the goods in a resaleable condition, a refund for the cost of the products only, will be made to your credit/debit card.
Returns/Refunds
Should your goods have been damaged in transit please notify Pravera Direct Marketing within 3 days of receipt, if the goods were received by courier, the customer must, when signing for the goods, state they are damaged. If you experience a reaction or a problem to any of our products please contact the sales team on 01557 870266 or email sales@lavera.co.uk.
