“OK Magazines Beauty Director Emma Gunavardhana talks lavera!”
There's more to buying cosmetics and skincare than the desire to 'buy a cleanser' or 'get a new lipstick'. We want something that works, makes us feel good and something we can rely on and come back to again and again. We are a discerning consumer, false promises or inadequate products won't last long, that's what makes lavera's 25th anniversary this year all the more special. It's a heritage that shows real truth in a brand that inhabits a unique place in the beauty market, it's 100% natural and organic. 47 lavera products are sold every minute across ...read more

Terre d’Oc – mineralise your skin
Terre d'Oc - mineralise your skin For those of you who haven't heard of terre d'Oc then let me tell a bit of background information. It's a French range, certified natural and organic by ECOCERT and produces absolutely gorgeous natural mineral make-up. So, before I start, my vision of putting an oil on your face meant ...read more

A couple of months ago I met Florascent founder, Roland Tentunian, to hear the story behind the natural and organic perfume brand. His artistic sensitivity, craftsmanship ...read more

What Are Your Sanitary Products Made From?
Feminine hygiene -not the usual office chit chat, but talks has been all tampons, sanitary towels, panty liners and intimate wipes here lately! Apparently that's quite unique. Lots of brands do contain some cotton, but scarily they're usually packed with lots of other materials too - from chlorine and wood pulp to chemical SAP's (Super Absorbent Powders often derived from crude oil). ...read more
