Lavera Sun Sensitive - Natural Sun Protection

46% of people risk painful sunburn . . .

46% of people risk painful sunburn nipples when sunbathing - and increase their risk of skin cancer.
Yikes!  We all know the risks of sunbathing without sunscreen protection, but a survey carried out by Lavera found that 19% of people under the age of 54 regularly sunbathe topless - and 46% of those don't protect their nipples with sunscreen.
The survey also found that at least 10% of respondents had previously burnt their nipples when sunbathing - nipples, of course, are a particularly sensitive part of the body so are more prone to sunburn.
The best way to avoid burning is to use sun protection with a minimum of SPF 15, UVA and UVB protection. Even if you don't get sunburnt, without UVA and UVB filters, skin can still be exposed to sun damage and a heightened risk of skin cancer.

My favourites are:
For the Family - Lavera Sun Sensitiv Family Sun Protection (SPF 15) This light formulation protects the whole family, is quickly absorbed and contains organic carotene and organic sunflower oil to nourish the skin.

For Me - Lavera Sun Sensitiv Anti Age Sun Cream (SPF 15) - I use it on face, neck and décolletage. It contains organic pomegranate oil which leaves my skin feeling pampered and firm.

For Sensitive skin - Lavera Sun Sensitiv Neutral Sun Screen (SPF 20) - This is fantastic for anyone with allergy prone or particularly sensitive skin. Free from fragrance, flower extracts, herb extracts and essential oils.

Lavera's sun creams and sprays include only natural and organic ingredients such as Zinc Oxide and Titanium Oxide which are kinder to skin than some conventional sun protection products and mean you don't need to wait 20 minutes before you go out in the sun.

So remember, when it's hot enough to go topless, slap on some Lavera Sunscreen!
