How to use Lavera Velvet Matte Lipstick
Begin at the center of your lips and move outwards towards the corner of your mouth, apply the velvet matte lipstick evenly, then start again at the center of your lips and apply evenly to the other side towards the corner of the mouth. Do the same for the bottom lips.
