Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply only to the website managed by Pravera Direct Marketing.
All prices shown on the website are in £ sterling, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. You may pay by any major credit or debit card. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time.
Only one coupon code can be redeemed at checkout at any one time. If you wish to change the coupon code, the previous item from the coupon code will be shown in your basket as a bought product. If it is not requred you must remove the item from your basket. Please note that the coupon code must be enetered correctly at checkout after all the items you wish to purchase are in the basket, then click validate. After applying the coupon code the offer will be shown on your order at checkout. Please make sure you have applied the correct coupon code as exchanges cannot be made. If you have not applied a coupon code, no offer can be redeemed, or free gift will be sent after your order is confirmed or despatched.
Payment for goods must be made prior to despatch, we accept credit/debit cards and cheques made payable to Pravera Direct Marketing.
Pravera Direct Marketing will not be held responsible for the late despatch of goods should a payment be declined.
Postage and Packing
Free Delivery on all UK orders over £15 - sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail and this will take about 2 - 4 working days
Orders under £15 shipping cost is £3.50 and is sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class and this will take about 2 - 4 working days.
Royal Mail 1st Class - 1-2 working days - £4.95.
Republic of Ireland - Royal Mail International Standard - £7.95. Please note that Customs Duties and Local Taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Packets/parcels less than 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail
Packets/parcels over 2kg or with an order value of £100 and over may be sent by courier and will need to be signed for.
Due to Royal Mail Postal Restrictions Pravera Direct are unable to send Perfumes and nail polish overseas.
Please note: We are unable to send Sodasan and Alma Win products to Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and Scottish Islands. If an order for these products are placed on the Pravera direct website we will refund the money and advise you by email.
Orders paid will be despatched within 2 working days (stock permitting). Orders are restricted to the UK only. Our working days are from 09.00 to 17.00 hours Monday to Friday Inclusive. We despatch orders from Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding bank holidays. Orders which are received on a non-working day will be despatched on the following working day.
Parcels despatched by courier may require a signature upon delivery, should you not be at the address specified, during normal office hours, please advise us of a an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the receipt of your parcel.
If you request special delivery instructions where you are unable to sign for the goods, Pravera Direct Marketing will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the goods, therefore you, as the customer, will be responsible for the loss or damage.
Please allow 2 working days for parcels arriving by courier.
Royal Mail considers a parcel lost after 14 working days from date of despatch. If you do not receive your parcel after 14 days, please email email@example.com or telephone 01557 870 110.
Pravera direct are not held responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address which was provided by you at the time of placing your order is incorrect or incomplete. If your order is returned to Pravera Direct a delivery cost will apply to re-deliver the parcel.
If you wish to exchange a product a postage cost will apply.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through the website within 14 working days of their receipt of the goods.
Pravera Direct Marketing will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned via Royal Mail/Courier Service until they are received at Pravera Direct Marketing, Conchieton Business Centre, Conchieton, Kirkcudbright, DG6 4TA and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of a tracked delivery system. Please note we do not refund postage/carriage on goods returned except where goods have been incorrectly despatched or damaged in transit. See below.
Once we have received the goods in a resaleable condition, a refund for the cost of the products only, will be made to your credit/debit card.
